so today i have one day off school. and today i don't have anything to do at school bcs i have done all my remed yesterday (which is only math) so basically i got nothing to do tomorrow. i made thai spring rolls today i have been wanting to make them for a while but i never got to do them until now. i got the recipe when i went to thailand and went to cooking class. it tastes really really good although i should have added more pepper bcs my sister and brother, it doesn't taste "pepper-y" enough. and i also think the rolls are so big because i only have 10 rolls wrapper at the moment so i had to use what i have and next time i think i'll make smaller rolls bcs it's pretty big hahaha but overall i think it's pretty good hahaha have a great evening everyone!
