it all started in the morning.
my sister bbm me a chicken mozarella cordon bleu recipe. i've been wanting to cook cordon bleu but haven't got the right time with all these tests and tryouts, and the recipe my sister gave me is sooooo easy. so i decided i'm going to do it. but wait! i want to make melted chocolate cake too! i looked up the recipe from internet and it turns out it was pretty easy, and i got nothing to do today. oh iyaa! why not make both of them? then i started preparing the ingredients and found out that i don't have some of them (boneless chicken breasts, flour, dark chocolate and easy melting chocolate for cooking) and i went to ranch market darmawangsa square and found all the ingredients except for the easy melting chocolate.
i didnt have any driver at the moment so i asked my brother's employee to drop me at a store in blok A who sells all kind of things for cake (icing, pan, chocolate, etc etc), we went together using motorcycle. terus sampe sana gua nanya coklat yang gampang leleh berapa harganya? dia bilang 92.000 anjrit gua cmn bawa 32.000 gmn dong terus katanya ada yang jenis lain kaya koin gitu bentuknya 52.500 yah kurang 20rb terus gua nanya sama karyawan kakak gua "mbak ada 20.000 gak?" terus dia blg "yah aku cuman bawa 15.000 de" which means kurang goceng and i had to go back home, grab some cash terus kesana lagiiiiiii gilaa rebek bgt hahahah
okay to the point, here is the ah-maaazing food i made todayyy first up is
this is the superb chicken mozarella cordon bleu (boneless chicken breasts filled with smoked beef and cheese) it tasted REAAALLY REALLY GOOD bener deh gua ga boong hahaha tapi kalo gua bikin ini lain kali ham nya harus lebih banyak dan cheese nya di potong kecil-kecil supaya gak lumerrrr
ini melted chocolate brownies dan gua cuman bikin setengah resep jadi kaya cuman 5 biji doang gitu dapetnya hahaha unfortunately it doesn't melt as much as i would have liked tapi brownies nya aja udah enak and it looked beautiful
so what are you doing this weekend? oiya oiya oiya i'm gonna write down all the food that i've made and i'm gonna print them abis itu kaya dijilid/sebagainya jadi kalo mau bikin lagi tinggal gampang gitu hehehehe oiya maaf ya kali ini gaada foto proses pembuatannya it was really hectic in the kitchen. i hope i can get photos next time, see ya til then!
