i found the recipe a year ago on jamie oliver's site but i never tried it until a few months ago. at first i was really worried that it may not work but turns out it worked!!!!so i think it's time to share the recipe to you guizeee
you'll need
spinach, 3 eggs (d'oh), cooking cream, smoked beef, bacon (optional and not pictured)
you'll also need
nutmeg (pala), salt and pepper, olive oil, mozzarella cheese
this is the first time i used cream for my dish. i used elle&vire cooking cream. it's really small actually but it cost me 20ribu pdhl kecilll bgt itu hahaha tp i'm glad the dish works :)
SO HERE WE GO
i'm sorry i didn't take photos from the start. but this is what it looks like before it went into the oven. so
first of all, saute the spinach with olive oil and add some salt. chop it up, put it into a casserole dish dan JANGAN LUPA DIKASIH MENTEGA this is crucial because it will be BAKED.
pour 2 tablespoon of cooking cream on top of the spinach and sprinkle the chopped smoked beef.
crack the eggs in the casserole dish, season it with salt and pepper. add some cream if necessary.
grate the nutmeg. add mozzarella cheese on top and some bacon if you decide to use it.
we're done. POP IT IN THE OVEN NOW NOW NOW
so this is what it looks like when i pop it into the oven.

and it tasted superb!!!!!!!!! gua udah bikin ini 3 kali dan jujur aja gua ga teralu suka bayam, tapi grgr dibuat baked eggs kaya gini, gua jadi suka spinach!
